Blokz More by Zenni Optical is a blue-light-filtering eyewear option with virtually clear lenses and a slight blue sheen. Its dual-defense lens technology filters and reflects blue light from digital devices, sunlight, and artificial light.

The lenses include 100% UV protection, an anti-glare treatment, and scratch resistance for everyday use. Blokz More is available with or without a prescription and is validated by COLTS Labs.

Research on blue-light-blocking lenses is mixed. Some trials and a systematic review found limited or no consistent benefit for eye strain, visual performance, or sleep in the general population, although a few studies reported small improvements under specific conditions.
