About Biohacker’s Guide
We help curious people make calmer, better-informed decisions about health research, protocols, and products.
What we publish
Our guides translate health evidence into practical context. We explain what a study can support, where uncertainty remains, and what safety questions a reader should consider before acting.
Who writes the guides
Articles are published by the Biohacker’s Guide editorial team. We do not present the publication as a doctor or substitute it for individual medical care. When an article has a qualified reviewer, that reviewer and their role will be named on the article.
Corrections
Evidence changes. We update articles when stronger research or a material correction becomes available and show the updated date on the article.
