Blokz More by Zenni Optical is blue-light-filtering eyewear with virtually clear lenses and a slight blue sheen. Its dual-defense lens technology filters and reflects blue light, with 100% UV protection for use around digital devices, sunlight, and artificial light.

The lenses are anti-glare and scratch resistant for everyday wear. Blokz More is available with or without a prescription.

Research on blue-light-blocking lenses is mixed. Some trials and a systematic review found limited or no consistent benefit for eye strain, visual performance, or sleep in the general population, although a few studies reported small improvements under specific conditions.
