About Terry Wahls

Terry Wahls is a physician, clinical professor of medicine at the University of Iowa, and researcher in diet and lifestyle interventions. Her research team conducts clinical trials focused on multiple sclerosis and other chronic conditions. Wahls also wrote The Wahls Protocol, drawing on her personal experience with multiple sclerosis and her clinical work. The book presents her framework and should not be treated as evidence that it works for other people.
